Dr. Sanders requires payment at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been made. She does not accept insurance, but will provide you with a statement that you can submit to your insurance company to receive reimbursement through out-of network benefits if such benefits are available.
Payment Methods
Cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and HSA cards are accepted for payment. For your convenience, credit card information can be entered into the secure and privacy-protected Simple Practice client portal by you or your professional, and charges will be processed through Stripe, a secure payment processing platform.
Cancellation Policy
I appreciate your effort in coming to your scheduled appointment. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you may be required to pay for the full cost of the session.
